Behind every Snow Lotus Nourishing Pad is a carefully managed production process designed around consistency, cleanliness and quality control.
At Golden Days International’s Suqian production facility, manufacturing takes place across four production lines within a workshop designed to meet Class 100,000 cleanroom standards, supported by environmental and personnel management systems for microbiological control.
After forming, each product moves through primary packaging using Alu-PVC blister packaging and vacuum-forming technology, creating a closely fitted protective barrier against moisture, dust and external contamination.
The production process also incorporates two stages of microbial control: ultraviolet treatment during production, followed by Cobalt-60 irradiation after packaging. The latter uses penetrating gamma radiation without requiring heat or chemical disinfectants.
Together, the controlled production environment, protective packaging and multi-stage microbial-control process create multiple layers of quality assurance before the finished product reaches the consumer.
